  • Legacy Project – Church Safety: At VHM, we consider safety a top priority. It is our goal to provide a safe environment that supports an atmosphere of worship and the vision of the church. The current legacy project is to upgrade the safety of the church through training and the purchasing of security equipment, medical equipment, surveillance cameras, and communication systems. This will allow our safety team to provide appropriate responses to church related emergency’s. Help us to protect the legacy of VHM. The next Legacy offering and drawing will be June 24th.
  • Contact Information Update: Please contact us when you have change of address, email, or phone number so that we can update our contacts list and keep you informed with info alerts and phone tree messages. Email the change to Pam at or call the church office at 540-674-4729.
  • Professional Christian Counseling: We are happy to announce that we now have a Professional Christian Counselor available by appointment at VHM. His practice is New Beginnings and his name is Marty Rogozinski. Pastor has known Marty for several years and referred many people to him with good results. If your insurance covers counseling costs, it is accepted by New Beginnings. For appointments, please call Marty at (540) 641-1236.
  • We are happy to announce that a hearing assistance system has been installed in our sanctuary. If you need a receiver, please see our sound tech.
  • Feeding Ministry: We are in need of 2 delivery people for the Feeding Ministry. If interested please see Shelia Willis for more information.
  • Back Pack Ministry: It’s that time of year again and we are in need of peanut butter, slim jims, individual sleeves of saltine crackers and small cans of fruit. This helps feed the children who are less fortunate over the weekend. You may place your items in the designated area of the Omega Foyer. Thank you for your help!
